  • Annual increase of market share through winning jobs either by direct client communication or bid jobs.

  • High Level involvement with Hospital Administration, IT/IS, Clinical Engineering and Nursing department.

  • Subcontracting and managing A/E Firms and General/Electrical Contractors through all phases of projects.

  • Program Level Management and Owner Representation for Life-Safety System installation and integration.

  • Management of facilities as large as 11 sites.
