  • Project lead responsible for driving the implementation of health care agency adoption to our organization’s patient centric software products designed to provide regulatory, compliance, billing, reporting and performance visibility.

  • Accountable for leading a team of product subject matter experts through a business process review intended to document agency workflows from patient referral to discharge. Business process review tasks inclusive of documenting current state operational workflow encompassing referral source ingestion, registration, intake, admission, transfer, discharge logic and identifying development needs for requirement building.

  • Implementation tasks include building out a configuration, clinical and billing knowledge base delivered in a train the trainer model to agency core team members.

  • Project management deliverables include developing monthly executive project status reports, weekly knowledge base training sessions, weekly core team competency configuration and workflow assignments, project planning and client facing project checkpoints.

  • Project technical deliverables include base level EMR configuration of agency’s beta environment, active directory user configuration, orders and results lab interface, central registry interface and medication dispensing module, if applicable.

  • Project professional service responsibilities include developing pre-go live checkpoints (go/no go decision), supporting agency go lives onsite and remotely. Developing go live playbooks and providing post go live support to ensure state compliance, regulatory and billing guidelines are being adhered to; Professional services bookended with development of lesson learned introspective documentation to improve future implementations.

  • Consultant engagement consist of providing project management oversight to a segment of the enterprise portfolio with a delivery emphasis on process improvement initiatives due prior to the new fiscal year. Duties include managing a diverse team of subject matter experts tasks with the assignment of building financial and process guardrails forecasted to result in substantive quarterly financial savings and an increase in process throughput.

  • Accountable for providing initial project management framework for high prioritized process improvement and infrastructure initiatives slated to be operationalized prior to upcoming fall college semester. Duties include finalizing scope documentation, requirements, design and resource assignment. Responsible for establishing governance structure on work session cadence, risk reporting and vendor engagement checkpoints. Additional engagement duties include oversight of technical work sessions to support process improvement initiatives through automation.

  • Accountable for providing project visibility to college leadership through weekly project status reports and engagements with project team members. Spearheaded the implementation of the patient driven payment model mandated by CMS. Duties include building multidisciplinary subcommittees comprised of clinicians, medical record personnel, revenue cycle personnel, admissions coordinators and liaisons.

  • Project lead for an enterprise charge capture initiative geared towards improving clinical documentation, increasing revenue and promoting greater operational efficiency. Project tasks include weekly process alignment and workflow sessions with the director of nursing, director of revenue cycle and IT. Oversight duties include consolidating multiple hospital supply rooms to a centralized location resulting in an increase in accurate supply charges. Oversight duties also include analyzing and updating charge description master and order entry for nursing services to remedy audit findings.

  • Responsible for leading a project team tasks with the assignment of implementing and integrating a customer relationship management platform to mitigate lost leads, track program conversions and increase visibility across multiple service lines. Integration assignment includes connectivity to the nursing home resident management system and external referral management engines.

  • Lead an initiative to replace a legacy learning management system with a platform that promotes job learning that is tied to job description and key performance indicators for performance evaluations.

  • Core project duties include project governance, steering committee participation, producing executive status reports and periodic huddles with leadership sponsors.
